AON Services Corp. & Cambridge Integrated Services Group

Class action status has been granted in the lawsuit filed against AON Services Corporation and Cambridge Integrated Services Group on behalf of all present and past Claims Adjusters who have worked for Cambridge at any time since December 28, 1997. The suit alleges that the company misclassified the plaintiffs as exempt from overtime wages, and according to the plaintiff's attorney, "These Claims Adjusters should receive overtime pay. Under California law, all employees are entitled to overtime unless the employer can show an exemption applies. We believe these adjusters do not fall within any of the exemptions."
