Hollinger International

Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against newspaper holding company Hollinger International and press baron Conrad Black on behalf of the Louisiana Teachers Retirement System. The suit alleges that Black and other Hollinger executives failed "to disclose the transfer of millions of dollars of Hollinger funds into their own pockets."
