A securities lawsuit has been commenced on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock of Bally Total Fitness Holding Corporation ("Bally" or the "Company") (NYSE:BFT) between August 3, 1999 and April 28, 2004, inclusive (the "Class Period").
