A nationwide class action lawsuit has been filed against Blockbuster Inc. on behalf of store managers. The suit alleges that the plaintiffs were routinely required to work more than 40 hours per week, and that the company violated Federal Law by deliberately misclassifying employees as store managers to avoid paying overtime wages as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
