Cedar Knolls Manufactured Home Community
A class action lawsuit has been filed in regards to the rent increase at the Cedar Knolls Manufactured Home Community. The suit alleges that the rent increase imposed by the owners of the mobile home park due to the first suit is retaliatory and illegal. The suit is seeking to temporarily halt the monthly $36 rent hike, which is poised to begin July 1.
