Santa Clara, CA: A securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all purchasers of ConforMIS, Inc. (NASDAQ: CFMS) securities: (1) pursuant and/or traceable to the ConforMIS' Registration Statement and Prospectus issued in connection with the Company's initial public offering on or about July 1, 2015; and/or (2) on the open market between July 1, 2015 and August 28, 2015, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period").

The lawsuit seeks to recover investors' losses under the federal securities laws.ConforMIS stock price fell drastically after the disclosure, dropping 14 percent to $16.95 in just a day.

According to the lawsuit, Defendants issued materially false and misleading statements and/or omitted material information, including that: (1) ConforMIS' manufacturing processes were flawed; (ii) due to the flaws in ConforMIS' manufacturing process, a number of ConforMIS' knee replacement product systems were defective; and (iii) as a result, ConforMIS's public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

A recall of the ConforMIS knee replacements has been issued.
