Disney Sued by Employees over Privacy Violations

Los Angeles, CA: Disneyland is facing a potential class action lawsuit filed by several of its employees who allege the company is violating privacy laws by issuing worker IDs that are embedded with Social Security numbers that can be read by smart phones.

Filed Tuesday in Los Angeles, the suit seeks to represent as many as 20,000 former and current Disney employees over alleged violations of the California Constitution and business code.
