A class action lawsuit has been filed against the Santa Fe County jail on behalf of inmates. The suit was filed in regards to the jail's blanket strip search poicy, and "seeks to permanently end the practice of blanket strip searches and inspections of all admittees." The suit alleges that none of the plaintiffs named were admitted to the jail for violent offenses, and none were found to be in possession of any contraband after they were subjected to a strip search.

I em sending my information in behalf of me being in the Santa Fe county jail when we got illegally strip search and I never got notified of the lawsuit against the jail so I wanted to see if I still cualify for that matter thank u so much
