Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against the Jefferson County Commission on behalf of homeowners. The suit alleges that the sewer impact fees that the County charges for home construction and renovation are "ill-gotten gains." The suit claims that, "The sewer impact fees collected by the defendants are illegal and unconstitutional."

I'm looking for a law firm experienced in overcharging of impact fees. I have several clients in Mount Pleasant, SC who have been overcharged. I was overcharged and Mt. Pleasant waterworks paid me $19000.00. I would like to turn this into a class action.
