Ryland Homes

Hundreds of Florida homeowners have filed a class action lawsuit against the company for building leaky homes. The class is alleging that their homes were built with a textured cement finish exterior which allows water in, but does not allow water to drain out, thus causing mold and structural damage

I bought my house in 2005, first of owners here in shadow creek, Southern California. I've had various problems from interior drywall cracks, openings, plumbing water pipe breaks, original dishwasher never installed properly, kitchen sink not installed properly water leaks, main water line to house snapped, exterior land was not packed exposing all main walls and fences bases. Besides the monster loss in value. Lost $140,000 cash up front deposit, house was sold from bank to bank and we took the hit! But still leaving here.
