City of San Diego
A class action lawsuit has been filed against the city of San Diego on behalf of a group of De Anza mobile-home park residents. The suit alleges that the city has subjected the plaintiffs to emotional distress and property damage due to poor management. According to the plaintiffs, by hiring armed guards and installing a barbed-wired fence the city is trying to "make life as miserable as possible for us."
