State of Tennessee



Class action status is being sought for an estimated 7,000 sexual offenders in a lawsuit filed against the State of Tennessee. The suit alleges that the state's new sexual offender registry law which contains provisions that restrict where offenders may live is a violation of the plaintiff's constitutional rights.

Am being forced to be on CSL due to an aggravated sexual battery charge ,this was not in my sentencing paperwork and did serve eight and a half years for said charge.I was convicted in 2007 ,released in 2013 and have been on CSL since.
