Company: Thor Industries, Inc
Ticker Symbol: THO
Class Period: Nov-30-09 to Jun-10-10
Date Filed: Jun-28-10
Lead Plaintiff Deadline: Aug-27-10
Court: Southern District of Ohio
Allegations:
Boca Raton, FL A class action has been filed against Thor Industries, Inc. ("Thor" or the "Company") and several of its executives in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased shares of Thor common stock between November 30, 2009 and June 10, 2010 at 12:13 PM Eastern Daylight Time, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The suit alleges violations of the federal securities laws, including securities fraud.

On June 10, 2010 at 12:13 PM Eastern Daylight Time, Thor issued a press release in which it announced that it was delaying the release of the Company's 10-Q due to their evaluation of certain accounting positions previously taken in its audited financial statements.

If the Company is required to change its accounting for these items, there could be material adverse changes to Thor's results of operations and financial condition for fiscal 2009 and for the first three quarters of fiscal 2010. The price of Thor common stock was trading at $28.39 per share prior to the release of the news, and traded as low as $20.74 per share after the news was revealed -- a precipitous decline of approximately 27%.

If you acquired the securities of the defendants during the Class Period you may, no later than the Lead Plaintiff Deadline shown above, request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff through counsel of your choice. You may also choose to remain an absent class member. A lead plaintiff must meet certain requirements.
