Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Trinity Homes on behalf of homeowners in Indiana. The suit alleges that the homes have construction defects between the outer surface of exterior walls and brick which leads to moisture problems and possibly toxic mold development. According to the plaintiff's attorney, "It seems to us from what we've seen so far that essentially, if you have a house built by Trinity, you're facing a potential problem with this mold condition."
