The class action lawsuit filed on behalf of more than 65,000 current and former Wal-Mart workers in Minnesota State has been certified. The suit alleges that the company routinely forces workers to skip meals and rest breaks, and work extra hours without pay. The class in this suit would include: current and former employees at the state's 58 Wal-Mart discount stores, covering a period as far back as 1995 and employees of the state's Supercenters and Sam's Club stores.
