A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of the Southern States Police Benevolent Association. The company also expects to settle a separate class action lawsuit filed by the National Association of Police Organizations in Lee County, Fla., due to the fact that the plaintiffs in that suit are also members of the class in the Southern States suit.
