A $19.5 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of over 1300 insurance sales agents. The suit alleged that the agents were required to work over 60 hours a week, that they were denied overtime pay, and that they were forced to pay for "gifts" to promote sales. (Dec-06-04)
