Beazer Homes Reaches Proposed $30.5 Million Settlement
A securities class action lawsuit filed against Beazer Homes USA has reportedly reached a proposed settlement, involving the payment of an aggregate of $30.5 million. As part of the settlement the company admits no wrongdoing, and the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice.
