A $62.5 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed against Bristol-Myers Squibb, the manufacturer of the cancer-fighting medicine Taxol. The class consists of 400,000 patients who used Taxol between 1999 and 2003, and they are expected to receive $400 to $2,600 back. (Jul-30-03) [SETTLEMENT WEBSITE]
