We have a downed power line (hot) on our deck from a bad storm 3 weeks ago. I have called Com Ed 10 times to report this dangerous situation to no avail. We cannot use our deck and literally have to duck under the wires to exit out the back. We have an 8 year old boy and there are other boys who cut through our yard that I am worried about. My wife and I have both ran into these wires at night forgetting they were there. It is completely negligent to allow this condition to exist for this long. I have pictures if needed.
