A $140 million verdict has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of an estimated 1,500 older gay and lesbian survivors. The suit alleged that the plaintiff's were entitled to their late partners' national pensions for the period between 1985 and 1998. (Nov-26-04)
