Shareholders filed a class action lawsuit against the company and certain of its current and former executive officers alleging securities fraud. The suit was filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased, converted, exchanged or otherwise acquired the common stock of Lattice (NASD: LSCC) between April 22, 2003 and April 19, 2004.
