A $46,750 verdict has been found in the class action lawsuit filed against immigration consultant Margarita Noyola on behalf of four plaintiffs. The judge found Noyola liable for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, practicing law without a license, legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary relationship and violations of the Washington Immigration Assistant Practices Act and the Washington Consumer Protection Act.
