Investors tried to file a class action lawsuit against the airline alleging securities fraud. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of investors who acquired securities of Northwest between April 21, 2005 and September 14, 2005. The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York notes that the case has been voluntarily dismissed without prejudice. (Aug-11-06)
