NYFIX, Inc. Class Action Dismissed



A class action lawsuit filed in May 2004 alleged NYFIX, Inc. violated federal securities laws by false and misleading financial statements and press releases concerning the company's investment in NYFIX Millenium. NYFIX is a provider to the domestic and international financial markets of trading workstations, trade automation and communication technologies and through its registered broker-dealer subsidiaries, execution services. On June 9, 2006 the plaintiffs agreed to a dismissal without costs or consideration paid to either party. On June 13, 2006, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut dismissed the class action lawsuit, Johnson v. NYFIX, Inc. (Jun-15-06) [YAHOO! FINANCE]
