Odyssey HealthCare, Inc. Class Action Dismissed

Shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit against the company alleging securities fraud. The case was filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased, converted, exchanged or otherwise acquired the common stock of Odyssey Healthcare, Inc. between May 5, 2003 and February 23, 2004. The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas has entered an order dismissing with prejudice all of the claims against Odyssey and certain current and former executive officers.
