Shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit against the customer relationship management company alleging securities fraud. The class included all purchasers of Salesforce.com, Inc. securities from June 21, 2004 through July 21, 2004. The case was dismissed with prejudice by federal court in the Northern District of California. (Dec-23-05)
