A $5.2 million settlement has been reached in the proposed class action lawsuit filed on behalf of approximately 940,000 guests who paid to stay at any Station Casinos hotels from April 1, 2001, through June 7, 2004. The suit alleged that the company failed to disclose the collection of a $1 charge for telephone usage and an "energy surcharge" of up to $3.50 per night. (Aug-31-04) [LAS VEGAS SUN]
