Shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit against the global logistics services organization alleging securities fraud. The case was filed on behalf of persons who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded securities of Stonepath Group, Inc. between May 7, 2003 and September 20, 2004. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has granted Stonepath's motion to dismiss the second consolidated amended class action. (Apr-04-06)
