any idea when rr cancer lawsuits filed by sss against up railroad might go to court? My cancer is back . dealt with it in 2011. I have had skin cancer, prostate cancer , benzene issues because of constant handling of diesel fuel. I am afraid I may die before suits are settled. can I get a idea of when suits might go to court , like maybe supreme court? I loved the job. but it no doubt contributed to my health issues. creosote smell all day for 14 years. diesel fumes 14 years every day. diesel fuel every day for 14 years. Thanks for representing me. if I could have a general idea, or ball park figure. lol. thanks.
