A class action lawsuit has been filed alleging the analog and digital integrated circuits company broke the law in granting of stock options from 1998 to 2001. The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of people who invested in Analog Devices' Investment Partnership Plan from October 5, 2000 to the present.
