America Online

A nationwide class action lawsuit has been filed against the internet giant for unlawfully collecting extra fees. The class includes all those who subscribed to AOL's Internet service and were assessed charges by AOL for AOL membership accounts and goods and services they did not authorize or consent to pay. The case also claims AOL exploits its subscribers' confidential billing information to unlawfully generate additional revenue by charging for additional membership accounts.

I've been in touch with their fraud department and they say I must research and document all charges and mail them a copy...I say bull...
On the phone I stated several dates and they have no record of this information but I have the bank statements to prove it!!!!
