A class action lawsuit has been filed against AT&T Wireless on behalf of California consumers. The suit alleges that the company defrauded customers by using false and deceptive advertising practices. The suit further claims that the company has been switching customers to more expensive and intentionally confusing plans without their knowledge or consent, and has been double billing when family shared lines should not be billed at all.

Att sold me an Ipad and said on the recording that the Ipad was free, all I had to do is pay the taxes for it. I noticed they billed me for the entire price of the Ipad and that it was not for free.
