Baltimore City and Affiliated Computer Services

A $10 million class action lawsuit has been filed against Baltimore City and Affiliated Computer Services on behalf of motorists. The suit was filed in regards to the city's red-light cameras. The suit alleges that the length of time drivers get at intersections with traffic cameras when the amber or caution light changes to red is "too short to stop safely and yet if he drives through it he gets a ticket."
