A class action lawsuit has been filed against Best Buy Company, Inc. on behalf of the company's employees. The suit alleges that the company violated state and federal anti-discrimination laws by unlawfully terminating the plaintiffs and other older IS employees based on their ages. The suit claims that the company engaged in a pattern or practice of discrimination against its employees aged 40 to 71.
