Chitwood & Harley, LLP, a class action law firm with a national practice, is investigating bringing a class action against Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Bradley") for violations of the the federal securities laws. The firm is interested in interviewing anyone who lost money on the Bradley Pharmaceutical securities as a result of the Company's disclosure of the informal inquiry by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The firm is in the process of evaluating if there was fraud on the market prior to the announcement of the SEC's inquiry and, if so, for what period of time that fraud on the market occurred.

Before the market opened on Feb. 28, 2005, Bradley issued a press release announcing that the SEC is conducting an informal inquiry relating to the Company to determine whether there have been violations of the federal securities laws. In connection with the inquiry, the press release said, the SEC staff has requested that the Company provide it with certain information and documents, including with respect to revenue recognition and capitalization of certain payments.

Bradley has admitted that it first received notice of the SEC's informal inquiry in December. In late February, it received a second letter from the SEC. The inquiry, however, was not disclosed until February 28, 2005.
