Wyoming Refining Co.

A class action lawsuit is being organized against Wyoming Refining Co. on behalf of residents of Newcastle, Wyoming. The suit is in regards to the company's March 2002 silica catalyst chemical spill which covered a large portion of the town's residential neighborhoods with fine, brown dust. Many of the residents have experienced skin rashes, respiratory ailments, and long-term health implications which is suspected to have been caused by exposure to the chemical spill.
