A class action has been filed against eBay. The class claims the company wrongfully cancelled their stock options when eBay sold Butterfields Auctioneers Corp. in July 2002. The Butterfields employees are charging eBay with breach of contract that cost them tens of millions of dollars. (Mar-03-05)
