US Foodservice Employee Racial Discrimination

Montgomery, Alabama - Several black workers have filed a lawsuit against US Foodservice after a federal agency found they were harassed and then punished for complaining about their treatment. The lawsuit was filed in US District Court in Montgomery against the distribution company alleging racial discrimination on behalf of current and former employees. The case also claims US Foodservice placed black salespeople in predominantly black, low income areas of town and refused to promote black employees to high level positions.
