Forest Hill Cemeteries and Funeral Homes

Forest Hill Cemeteries and Funeral Homes have been accused in a class action lawsuit of not honoring pre-paid funeral policies. The funeral home allegedly violated at least four state laws including the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. According to the suit, more than 13,000 people bought pre-paid burial policies from Forest Hill that are no longer being honored.
