A class action lawsuit has been filed against Cincinnati Gas & Electric on behalf of residents of Moscow, Kentucky as well as nearby communities. The suit alleges that the company regularly violates clean-air regulations by running a dirty coal plant which emits dangerous levels of fine particulates, including mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium and soot. The suit alleges that the emissions can cause serious health problems for the plaintiffs.
