Developer K. Hovnanian Southern NJ LLC allegedly installed HVAC systems that violated construction code, according to a class action lawsuit filed in Superior Court in Gloucester County. The suit claims that the heating ventilation/air conditioning systems were substandard, inefficient and require repair. The suit could cover thousands of K. Hovnanian homes purchased from 2000 to the present where the HVAC system was constructed and installed. The company is part of a national firm that does business along the East Coast and in California and Arizona.
