IBM, International Business Machines Overtime Lawsuit

Three current and former workers have filed a suit in United States District Court and seek class action status alleging that IBM did not pay overtime to thousands of rank-and-file employees, computer installers and maintenance workers. Employees throughout the United States allege they worked more than 40 hours during the week and weekends without being paid for overtime, which is required by state and federal laws. The suit affects the past four years for workers in California and three years back pay for those in other states.
