Jacksonville Electric Authority



A class action lawsuit is being filed against the Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) and its owner, the City of Jacksonville. The suit is on behalf of a group of Southside, Florida families and alleges that a spill of hazardous material more than a decade ago at the company's San Souci sub-station on Hogan Road has seeped into the neighborhood groundwater and caused contamination of the wells of dozens of homes.

What ever happened to this? My mothers home was backed up to this Hogan Station i have requested a status of this through the years and i never get a response. i know they settled with the home owners on their homes

My mother lived at 1991 Biggers Road at the time of her death.
