Please pursue a class action lawsuit regarding collection of toll fees in Colorado. Also collected by Linebarger. Linebarger only sends out final notices with $50.00 and more fees attached. They claim to have sent out many letters before. They do not. Too many individuals (all) never receive
any notice except the final one.

estate of Maria Willis sold at auction...taxes were being paid as recorded in public record but the law firm put the property to Sheriff for tax sale when only one yr was left delinquent. My brother Carl Willis was making the delinquent payments...I was notified of Tax auction about two and half wks prior...not enough time to reverse because the total due was over 6 thousand and already 4000 was paid...please help us to see if we qualify to sue these thieves. harris county
