Dallas County Community College Minority Discrimination

A federal civil rights suit seeking class action was filed against the Dallas County Community College District alleging the district racially discriminated against minorities when it promoted employees. The suit also cites instances where minorities were not even aware of a vacant position until after a promotion was announced.
