Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Morris Brown College in Georgia, as well as former President Dolores Cross and financial aid director Parvesh Singh, on behalf of all Morris Brown students. The suit was filed by a former student who alleges that the school has been defrauding students of financial aid. The suit also names the college's board of trustees, alleging that they knew, or should have known, about the alleged scheme to cheat students out of student loan money.
