A securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock and other securities of Noven, Inc. ("Noven" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:NOVN), between October 29, 2001 and April 28, 2003 inclusive (the "Class Period"). Noven develops, manufactures and markets transdermal drug delivery systems. The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market during the Class Period which statements had the effect of artificially inflating the market price of the Company's securities.
