A lawsuit seeking class action status was filed in the Ohio Court of Claims in Columbus, Ohio alleging violation of privacy. Students, employees and faculty members whose social security numbers were stolen since March, 2005 may be involved. The suit claims that the university was negligent and indifferent in failing to protect personal information.
