pantene pro-vThe complaint states that Procter and Gamble falsely claimed in both labeling and advertising that Pantene Pro-V Hair products give hair 99% more strength and/or make hair 10 times stronger, when in fact they do not strengthen hair in any consumer-perceptible amount.

I use pantene shampoo and conditioner and my hair came out in patches each time. I went to dermatologist who gave me pills to take to help. Did not help, hair continue to come out, then I finally figured it was the Pantene. I stop using it and my hair stop falling out.

I have been using Pantene for many years. Iam 41 and it has caused me to loose almost all my long hair except for few strands within 1 year!!! I have pictures of what my hair looked like last year and all the damage it has caused my hair!!!

My hair is severely thin and weak. I have patches where there is no hair. It is embarrassing and humiliating to be 32 and have to wear a hat because you are afraid someone might see the "bald" spot on your head. I not only used shampoo and conditioner, but hair spray too.

I have used Pantene shampoos and conditioners for over a year and have consistantly lost a significant amount of hair every time I use them. I thought I just had weak hair, but someone told me that Pantene products made their hair fall out, too. So to find out for myself, I tried a different shampoo (a much cheaper kind, might I add), and lost very little to no hair at all with each use. Pantene did, in fact, cause me to have significant hair loss.
